About us
Hope, delivered as ordinary competent care.
Health & Healing Bliss is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as an Outpatient Treatment Center, providing behavioral health services to people experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health conditions.
Care is built around a person, not a protocol.
Our mission
To provide hope to the people we serve through the development and delivery of individualized, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions.
In practice that means showing up consistently, knowing what the research supports, and treating the person in front of us as the expert on their own life.
Treatment philosophy
What guides the work
- 01
Individualized and patient-oriented
Care is built around a person, not a protocol. Two people with the same diagnosis do not get the same plan.
- 02
Strength-based, not deficit-based
Treatment planning starts from what is already working and who is already in your corner, and uses informal supports wherever possible.
- 03
Evidence-based
Our clinicians work to be genuinely skilled in research-supported interventions, including cognitive behavioral approaches, within a bio-psycho-social framework.
- 04
Least restrictive, most accessible
The setting that meets your needs and no more than that, at times and places that work for the people we serve, delivered in a culturally responsive way.

Individuals can grow, change, and recover through assessment, education, and individualized treatment planning. Health & Healing Bliss
Your rights here
You are entitled to a great deal, and we will tell you what.
Every person admitted receives a written statement of patient rights and has them explained. Those rights include being treated with dignity and without discrimination, participating in your own treatment planning, refusing a service and being told what that means, privacy in your care and in your record, and raising a complaint without anyone holding it against you.
If something goes wrong, you can raise it with any staff member or directly with the Administrator, and you will get a written answer.
Every admission begins with an assessment by a behavioral health professional.
