Health & Healing Bliss, Outpatient Treatment Center

Services

Outpatient care, at the intensity you actually need.

Everything here is delivered on an outpatient basis, which means you keep your life while you do this work. Most people move between levels as they go.

Individual counseling

One-to-one work with the clinician assigned to you, at a frequency your treatment plan sets and revises as things change.

  • Assigned clinician who stays with you
  • Frequency set by your plan, not a formula
  • Available in person or by secure video

Group counseling

Structured groups facilitated by clinical staff. Groups are scheduled against current census rather than a fixed calendar, so ask us what is running this week.

  • Facilitated by clinical staff, never peer-led alone
  • Composition considered before placement
  • Schedule posted at the office

Family counseling

Substance use is rarely one person's problem alone. Family sessions are available where they serve your treatment goals and where you want them.

  • Only with your consent and on your terms
  • Written into the treatment plan
  • Guardian participation where the patient is under 18

Standard outpatient

Regularly scheduled individual and group sessions for people stable enough to work on recovery alongside work, school, and family.

  • Least restrictive setting that meets your needs
  • Evening appointments available until 9:00 PM
  • Step up or down as your needs change

Intensive outpatient

More hours each week, more structure, and closer contact with your clinical team — without leaving home, work, or your family.

  • Higher frequency than standard outpatient
  • Group-centred with individual sessions alongside
  • A step down from residential, or a step up from standard

Relapse prevention

Identifying what makes a return to use likely for you specifically, and building something you can actually reach for when it happens.

  • Built on your own history, not a template
  • Written safety and coping plan you keep
  • Reviewed at every treatment plan review

Case management

Help with the practical things that otherwise stop treatment from working: benefits, housing, medical care, court paperwork, referrals.

  • Coordination with providers you already see
  • Referral where we are not the right provider
  • Documentation for courts and probation where authorized

Peer and recovery support

Support from people with lived experience of recovery, working alongside your clinical care rather than in place of it.

  • Non-clinical support, clearly scoped
  • Trained and supervised alongside clinical staff
  • Connection to community recovery resources

Telehealth

Care that reaches you where you are.

Many of our services can be delivered by secure video when that is clinically appropriate and you prefer it. Telehealth is not a lesser version of treatment. Your clinician decides with you whether a session suits it, the platform is secure, and the same privacy protections apply as they do in the building.

For some people it is the difference between attending and not attending, and we would rather you attend.

What we do not provide

We are honest about our limits. Health & Healing Bliss does not prescribe, administer, or assist with medication, and does not transport patients to other facilities. Where you need a service we are not authorized to provide, we will tell you plainly and help you find a provider who is.
