What we believe

People grow, change, and recover.

That belief is the whole basis of how we work — assessment, education, and a treatment plan built around one person rather than a diagnosis.

Care here is individualized and patient-oriented. We build on strengths rather than cataloguing deficits, and we draw on the people already in your life wherever you want us to. Treatment happens in the least restrictive setting that meets your needs, which for most people means keeping your job, your home, and your family while you do this work.

How care begins

The first conversation is a conversation.

Not a commitment, and not a form. We start by understanding what you are dealing with and whether we are the right people to help.

  1. 01

    Screening

A first conversation about what brought you here and what you need. No commitment, and no cost to ask. If another provider is a better fit, we will say so and help you get there.

  2. 02

    Assessment

A behavioral health professional completes a full assessment — history, health, supports, strengths, and risks — which becomes the basis of everything that follows.

  3. 03

    Your plan

Written with you rather than for you. Goals in your words, interventions matched to them, and a schedule for reviewing whether it is working.

  4. 04

    Treatment

Individual, family, and group work at the intensity your plan sets, adjusted as your circumstances change rather than at fixed intervals.

  5. 05

    Moving on

Discharge planning starts long before your last session, with follow-up instructions, crisis instructions, and a door that stays open if you need to come back.
